Stop on by our on-line Photographic Store Front and you can catch all of the 2008 Manatee River Run's Race Highlights. As a matter of fact, here is an example of what you will find; your top two finishers...of course there is more, much more. A total of just over 1700 proofs have been posted from the Manatee River Run; ranging from race action, to autograph signing and award giving. We tried to cover it all, and hope we think we captured a wide range of photography that everyone will enjoy. Please feel free to get in contact with me if you wish to look at the 800 to 1000 frames we held back from posting due to sub-standard quality issues. Thank you for allowing us to participate in the morning's activities. Each registered runner should be getting an email with a embedded photograph of themselves and the associated web address of the race photos over the next 24 to 36 hours. They will look similar to this email with the exception they will have a photo of the recipient of the email in the picture.

To expedite your review of the over 1700 we have assigned cognitive names to the photo files. The first set of numbers represent the date of the event and the number after the underscore ‘_’ is the concatenation of the hour/minute/second-sequence number the digital frame was taken. If you were keeping track of your progress during the race and passed one of us at the turn-around or finish this portion of the file name may help you locate any photos we took of you during the mornings race. In addition, you will need to keep that photo number handy while you are viewing the mornings action, as that is the number you will need if your wish to order any photos.
Although we have compressed the photographs we have taken quite a bit to aid in viewing on the internet, depending on the type of computer and internet connection you have, the most effective way to view these photographs may be to select the 'Slide Show Option' from the Main Screen and adjust the speed of the show. Keep in mind when viewing the pictures everyone’s computer monitor is slightly different than the next. If the sky looks purple to you, I would bet it is not the photograph that is causing it.
